Jeeva Injuried on the sets of Mugamoodi

Jeeva , who was shooting for the film Mugamoodi in Chennai, was accidentally injured. Jeeva was hit in a freak accident on the sets of the movie. Stunt sequences were being filmed in a school in Santhome for the past 20 days.

Reason for Samantha opting out of Kadal ?

One of the crew member said, "Manirathnam and cinematographer Rajeev Menon saw the rushes of Kadal. They found out that Samantha did not suit Gowtham. Gowtham is aged 19. Samantha was looking very elderly to him and hence she was ousted out of the film."
