Pragathi's key role in Thaara Thappattai

Playback singer Pragathi Guruprasad who shot fame with Paradesi film song is now set to make her screen debut in Bala's directorial upcoming film Thaara Thappattai.

In a recent interview Bala confessed that Pragathi

will be special role in the film which is much important in films perspective. Sources are at a buzz Pragathi might be seen as Sasikumar's sister in Thaara Thappattai movie.

Thaara Thappattai film story is based on a folk dance of Tamil Nadu known as Karagattam. Sasikumar and Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar are playing lead roles in the film.

Vishal, Hansika film Aambala

Vishal’s latest film in the direction of Sunday C has now officially titled as Aambala. Hansika is playing female lead role in the movie.

Regular shooting of Aambala is said to commence

in the third week of July. The film marks the first combo of Vishal and Hansika. Prabhu is essaying key role while Satish will be seen as comedian in the movie.

Aambala has tunes scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Vishal is producing the film under his home banner Vishal Film Factory.

Vijay’s Kaththi audio launch in London ?

Vijay’s latest film Kaththi in the direction of AR Murugadoss is busy with final phase of shooting schedules progressing at a brisk pace.

The latest buzz is that Makers of Kaththi are

in plans to release the audio of the film in London in the month of September. Anirudh Ravichandra is providing tunes for Vijay’s Kaththi expected to hit the stores on September 20th.

Vijay is romancing Samantha in this commericial mass entertainer. Lyca Movies is producing Kaththi film.

Dhanush's Velai Illa Pattathari censored

Dhanush, Amala Paul starrer forthcoming film Vela Illa Pattathari has completed its censor with U ceritification from the regional censor board.

Velraj is making his directorial debut with this mass

entertainer. Vela Illa Pattathari marks 25th film of Dhanush in his film carrer. Samuthirakani and Saranya Ponvannan are playing key roles in the film.

Dhanush tweeted "Dear fans, press and media. I'm super excited to announce that VIP has been censored with a 'U' certificate and will release on coming 18th,"

Vela Illa Pattathari is slated for July 18th release.
