Pragathi's key role in Thaara Thappattai

Playback singer Pragathi Guruprasad who shot fame with Paradesi film song is now set to make her screen debut in Bala's directorial upcoming film Thaara Thappattai.

In a recent interview Bala confessed that Pragathi

will be special role in the film which is much important in films perspective. Sources are at a buzz Pragathi might be seen as Sasikumar's sister in Thaara Thappattai movie.

Thaara Thappattai film story is based on a folk dance of Tamil Nadu known as Karagattam. Sasikumar and Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar are playing lead roles in the film.
